To use our service to unlock your phone, please make payment by pressing the 'PayPal Buy Now' button then send IMEI number of handset by filling out the form on 'Contact Us' page.

Both your PayPal e-mail and the e-mail address you use to send the phone's information to us must be the same.

Note: We do not unlock iPhones.

Remote Unlocking by IMEI:

Please read carefully before making an order:

• Your IMEI, country, carrier and brand must be submitted when you place your order. Do not submit an order without these information.
• You can obtain your IMEI number by typing on your keypad *#06#. Do not take the IMEI number from the label on the back of the phone or from the package it came in. Doing this will most likely result in an incorrect unlock code, no refunds will be given when this happens.
• If you are ordering this service to unlock a nokia phone that has been hard lock it will not unlock your device. A nokia phone becomes hard lock when the unlock code has been entered wrong three times. So, please ensure you know the source of your device and no one has tampered with it. Also, if after getting your code you do not enter the correct information and you hard lock your phone after three attempts, no refund will be given in either case.
• Once the phone is unlocked it will never be re-lock again, whether by software upgrade or downgrade, hard reset or soft reset.
• All Bank Deposit Payments will incur a fee of $2.50, which is for the bank's services. This fee of $2.50 is non-refundable. Therefore, in a case where a code was not found for your phone and a refund is to be made, you will get back your deposit minus $2.50.
