We do not use your email address for any other purpose than responding to the message you sent or providing you with our services. Phone Freedom Jamaica reserve the right to change this private policy at any time and will immediately post the updated policy at its website.

The sole purpose of this service is to provide unlocking to our customers remotely by imei.We do not offer repairs services, upgrading or downgrading of your device's software. We do not offer or provide internet settings for your handset. If you are unlocking your phone for any of these reasons it will not resolve them. 

We can not be held responsible if after unlocking your phone: you can't use mp3 songs as ringtones, bluetooth is not working, the phone is not working on the network you intended for it to work on, the phone does not work on any network or neither can it fix them if they were not working prior to unlocking. Unlocking your device remotely by imei can not cause or correct any of these problems.
